In 2012 we released Percentages & Probabilities 2012, a quantum leap forward on the original handicapping discipline created decades ago.

The original Percentages & Probabilities was written by Dr. Frederick Davis way back in 1974 and created an entirely new approach to handicapping thoroughbred horse races. It was Davis who invented “Impact Value Tables” which resulted in a new type of handicapping discipline … something that was new and radical … and successful.

Dr. William Quirin wrote Winning at the Races in 1979, an important and expanded version of the concept developed by Frederick Davis five years earlier.

Percentages & Probabilities 2022 is essentially an upgrade on my 2012 book… and much, much more – a dramatically expanded version filled with new information.
