I must say that Dave did a great job w this product and it wasn't hsh centered. Dave puts an incredible amount of thought into strategies and how to execute them. However, sometimes he becomes software driven which can be confusing if you don't use HSH like myself. Improve or decline is a great approach that can be used by paper and pencil guys w ease.. this product and new pace are by far his best in my opinion. The reason I didn't rate this a 5 was bc I didnt see must benefit w the high and low speed ratings and breaking it down tier 1 and 2. In the end I would recommend this product and I believe you can improve your game w this product.

I've just recently finished the Improve / Decline seminar videos and have been working some of the material's key concepts into my handicapping process. The ideas related to Campaign Theory - how well as horse has been running since its last layoff , Tier 1 and Tier 2 speed, and how to determine the playability of races were particularly enlightening and useful.
